Founder and CEO
Ron brings over two decades of comprehensive experience in the aviation industry, holding key roles in maintenance operations, engineering, program management, and asset management. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Queensland University of Technology, is a Chartered Aeronautical Engineer, and is licensed as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic with type ratings on the Airbus A320 family. Additionally, Ron has earned a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Queensland and a Professional Certificate in Architecture and Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, further strengthening his technical and leadership capabilities.
Throughout his career, Ron has successfully managed complex technical projects, demonstrating his expertise in overseeing scope, quality, time, and budget. His leadership in improving aircraft reliability, availability, and maintainability was recognized with the 2010 Airline Reliability Award for the Bombardier Austral-Asia Region.
Ron has held senior positions with notable organizations such as KBR Australia, Biorg, WSP Australia, Northrop Grumman Aviation, Boeing Defence Australia, Virgin Australia Airlines, and SR Technics Australia. His diverse aircraft experience includes both jet and propeller aircraft, covering a wide range of types:

Arnold brings an extensive and diverse background in aviation to his role as a training instructor, backed by decades of experience and a comprehensive skill set. As a certified Ground Instructor licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Arnold is adept at delivering high-quality training across a wide range of subjects critical to aviation operations.
Arnold provides crucial training on the handling, regulations, and safety measures associated with dangerous goods, applicable to various aviation personnel including pilots, load controllers, and cargo handlers. Arnold specialised on Aircraft Performance, Aircraft Weight & Balance, Flight Planning, Aircraft Systems, Crew Resource Management, Dangerous Goods, ATC/Navigation and Meteorology.
Throughout his career, Arnold has held several key positions in the aviation industry, such as Associate Vice President – OCC/Flight Technical, Deputy Director – Operations / Programs & Projects, and Manager – Airport Services & Network Control. His roles have encompassed a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including the management of ground services, fleet control, flight planning, and fuel management. This extensive operational experience underpins his instructional capabilities, providing trainees with practical insights and real-world applications of theoretical knowledge.
Arnold's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Mindanao State University, and he holds various professional licenses and certifications, including a CAAP Flight Dispatchers & Ground Instructor License. He has also undergone specialized training in aircraft performance and weight and balance from prestigious institutions such as Airbus and Boeing.
His commitment to maintaining high standards of training ensures that aviation professionals are well-equipped to meet the challenges of their roles. With Arnold A. Strategic Partner - Aircraft Flight Dispatch
Carmelo M. Cristi is a distinguished Flight Operation Management professional with over 30 years of experience, backed by a solid educational foundation in aeronautical engineering and private pilot training. He holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering and has completed extensive professional training at institutions like Lufthansa Flight Training, Boeing Training Center, and Flight Safety International.
As Director of the Operations Control Center at Royal Air Philippines since 2018, Carmelo established Airbus operations, developed manuals, conducted dispatcher training, and implemented COVID-19 safety protocols. At Pan Pacific Airlines (2016–2018), he built the Operations Control Center from scratch, managed A320 flight operations, and ensured efficient coordination with departments and agencies. As Senior Manager of the Operations Control Center at SEAIR International Inc. (2015–2016), he led Airbus operations, overseeing dispatch, crew scheduling, and compliance. At AirAsia Philippines (2011–2014), he set up the Operations Control Center, managed dispatch, and handled typhoon tracking and aircraft evacuations.
At Philippine Airlines (2008–2011), Carmelo served as Senior Flight Dispatcher and Meteorologist, briefing pilots, maintaining flight watch, and leading the Typhoon Advisory Committee. During his tenure at Cebu Pacific Air (1996–2008), he held various roles, including Manager of Flight Dispatch and Operations Control Center, where he developed dispatch methods and coordinated all phases of flight operations.
Carmelo's strength as a Flight Dispatch Training instructor lies in his practical approach, combining extensive hands-on experience with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocols. He develops detailed training manuals and conducts rigorous competency checks, ensuring trainees are well-prepared. His expertise in weather forecasting and typhoon tracking equips dispatchers to handle severe weather conditions effectively.
